Return & Exchange Policy

We have a quick and an easy exchange and/or return policy. However, you need to keep in mind the following before making a request for an exchange or a return:

  • We accept exchange as well as return for all products within 7 days starting from the day they are delivered to customers.
  • After 7th day no return request will be Accepted ( even items are unused and tags intact)
  • Products must have been unused and remain unwashed by the customers
    (Note Undergarments Will not be Exchanged or Returned in any Condition)
  • For claiming the exchange or the return policy, the products and articles must have all tags intact, and the customer must share a copy of the original receipt with us to claim the refund or the exchange
  • Requests for exchanges and returns must take place through generating a formal request at our whatsapp no +92 320 1114422
  • Customers will be Fully responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us via courier for the exchange or return requests to progress and proceed
  • After receiving the merchandise back from the customers through courier company, we will initiate the exchange or the return process (delivering package personally is not Allowed)
  • The return and the exchange processes will only be conducted and carried forward after conducting a thorough check of the merchandise in question
  • If the merchandise that has been returned to us is damaged in any way, we will not initiate the exchange or the return process. The customer will additionally need to pay courier charges for receiving the merchandise back through delivery
  • For Return Mamaslittle will not refund Any kind of Shipping Charges (First Shipping and  Returning Back to Our Address) 
  • Shipping Charges Rs 220 for delivery at your Address will be detucted from the total amount in case of Refund.

  • Incase if Customer Cannot Send items back at our Address Due to Pregnancy or Some Disablility, Customer have to request Mamaslittle Exchange Department For Pick up old article and drop Of exchange ;Team will Check Posibility and Inform Customer About The Charges  For The main Cities of Punjab , Sindh , KPK and Balochistan. Kashmir and Gilgit
    ( Only Garments Exchange can be Requested  not The Acessories ) Mamaslittle Have Complete Rights Reserved to Refused the Request Of Door to Door Exchange Request

  • Mamas Little will not take any responsibility for items and merchandise that have been damaged during the delivery process.
  • For Clearence Sale any exchange or return request will not be approved.
  • Measurement are provided For Guidance purpose only Any error of Difference in mentioned measurement Will not be facilitated By mamaslittle, However it can be send back within 7 days and request for Exchange by the Customer.

For exchange: Under the exchange process, customers can change size of the product or change the product with some other product, in this case customers will be offered store credit where they can use to shop for other items from our website.

For Return: For customers who want a return, refund will be made through easy paisa, jazz cash or bank account and you will be required to share your account details. Refund Procedure can take 2 working days .
